Well, I've never been one to use an online journal, but hey, I wanted to join the Yaoi Daily community so here I am.

Let's pause a moment and insert a random poem.

Have you ever stopped dreaming?
The butter silk of the sky, the disoriented twitch of an eyebrow
Simply falling umbrellas twirling in the milky white of your retina

Never mind the pretty words, the empty metaphors
Wiggles of energy and orbs of light
Misty nights and imagined goblins
A cat formed from the coincidence of roots, vines, and the glare of a hidden mouse

Slips of flesh scrapped over gritty, tired eyes
The plot thickens and forms
Then foams over and gushes across the white, terrifyingly blank page

Memories last forever
Positive, negative, lovely, lousy—will the ultimate pessimistic win?
Or will the lonely child, its thin arms hugging the curves of a blinded window, carve out a future golden and sweet like a flawless drop of honey?
